This Privacy Notice is provided by True Digital Group Co., Ltd., a co-organizer of gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2025, to clarify the details of our processing of your personal data, which we receive from the ticket platform service provider (e.g., Zipevent) after you have completed your ticket purchase.

True Digital Group Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, associated companies, and companies under the same control (collectively, the “Company” or “we”) attach great importance to the privacy of our customers. We have established this Privacy Notice to inform our customers (“you”) about our policies regarding your personal data, how we use and disclose your personal data, as well as details on data security measures, data retention periods, and your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).

The Company may issue additional Privacy Notices for personal data related to our services from time to time. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the additional Privacy Notice and this Privacy Notice, the additional Privacy Notice shall prevail for the specific services concerned.

3. Why We Use and Disclose Your Personal Data

We will only use and disclose (collectively referred to as “process”) your personal data to the extent necessary and lawful. We will process your personal data only when there is a legal basis for us to do so, which includes cases where processing is necessary for the services you requested, to comply with the law, for our legitimate interests, for the performance of a public task, based on your consent, and/or under any other legal basis as defined by the PDPA.

In addition, the law prohibits us from collecting sensitive personal data unless we have obtained your explicit consent.

We may use and disclose your personal data for the following purposes:

3.1 For the Services You Requested

We will process your personal data received from the ticket platform service provider to provide the services you have requested and/or to fulfill the terms and conditions of our agreement with you, including but not limited to the following purposes:

• To verify your identity for access and ticket purchase for the gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2025 event.
• For communication regarding the event, including notifications and sending necessary information for participation.
• For the payment of fees and charges related to our services.
• To provide compensation, prizes, and other benefits related to the event.
• To respond to inquiries, provide information, handle complaints, and resolve various issues related to the event.
• For business operations, such as analyzing, measuring performance, and improving the event organization.
• To compensate you for damages (if any).
• To inform you about changes to our services and terms of service.

3.2 As Our Legal Duty to Comply with the Law

As we are required to comply with applicable laws and orders from competent authorities, we need to collect, use, and disclose your personal data for various purposes, including but not limited to the following:

• For issuing accounting documents for the purpose of tax invoice issuance as required by law.
• To comply with the PDPA and other relevant laws.
• To comply with regulations and/or orders from a competent authority (e.g., a court order or an order from a government agency or an authorized official).

3.3 For Our and Third Parties' Legitimate Interests

We will process your personal data for our legitimate interests, taking into account our interests or those of other individuals or entities and your fundamental rights regarding personal data. This includes but is not limited to the following purposes:

• For fraud and corruption prevention, and to enforce our terms, conditions, and policies, and/or to exercise our legal claims.
• For the security of our data and service network.
• To study how our customers use our services to elevate our service standards, including planning and tracking marketing campaigns, analyzing and improving the services you use to be more efficient and meet your needs.
• To offer our products, services, and benefits to you based on your data and preferences.
• For contact, photographic, and audio recording in relation to meetings, training, recreation, or booth events.
• For the purpose of taking photographs, and recording audio and video of attendees for event publicity, presenting the image of the event, and creating promotional materials for public and social media channels.
• To make personal data non-personally identifiable.

3.4 Based on Your Consent

In some cases, we must obtain your consent before processing your personal data, which includes but is not limited to the following purposes:

• When it is necessary to collect sensitive personal data.
• To send news, deals, and promotions from our business partners and advertising content based on your data and interests.
• To disclose your personal data to True Corporation Public Company Limited Group ("True Group")* and/or our or True Group's business partners, including Charoen Pokphand Group, Show No Limit Co., Ltd., Koelnmesse PTE Ltd., Koelnmesse GmbH, and the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA) or other partners sponsoring the gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2025 event, to analyze your service usage behavior, create a customer database for research, development, and improvement of products, and to plan marketing for the optimal development of products and services that truly meet your needs, and to contact you to offer suitable products, services, and benefits of the Company, True Group, or our or True Group's business partners, including Charoen Pokphand Group.
• To send or transfer your personal data to a foreign country that may have insufficient personal data protection standards (unless the PDPA allows for such action without your consent).
• If you are a minor, an incompetent person, or a quasi-incompetent person, requiring consent from your parents, legal guardians, or curators (as the case may be) (unless the PDPA allows for such action without consent).

The types of personal data covered and protected under applicable laws include several types that we receive from the ticket platform service provider for the purpose of event management, including but not limited to the following types of data:

We will collect personal data from you directly and from other sources, including:

• The ticket platform service provider (e.g., Zipevent) that you use to purchase tickets for the gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2025 event.
• Internet service providers and telecommunication service providers.
• Social media service providers and other technology service providers.
• Public data sources, such as data from government open databases.
• Government agencies and law enforcement agencies, such as the Department of Provincial Administration for National ID Card status verification.

6. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data

We may share your personal data with third-party individuals or organizations for various purposes specified in this Privacy Notice. The types of organizations with whom we may share your personal data are as follows:

• Show No Limit Co., Ltd., Koelnmesse PTE Ltd., and Koelnmesse GmbH as co-organizers of gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2025.
• The Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA) and partners sponsoring the gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2025 event.
• Government agencies in Thailand as required by law, including the Revenue Department.
• Service providers who support our business operations, such as ticket platform providers, banks and payment service providers, business consultants, and advertising and marketing service providers.
• We may disclose information that does not personally identify you to the public and/or share it with our affiliates, partners, and other companies with whom we have relationships. For example, we may share data to show general trends about our service usage to help us understand market demand trends.
• Sharing data with others if you provide consent.
• Transferring personal data to foreign countries. We may send or transfer your personal data from one country where you are located and/or use our services to another country you have chosen to use our services. In this case, if we send or transfer your personal data to another country, we will comply with applicable laws and obligations related to the processing of your personal data with appropriate security standards to ensure that the company has sufficient personal data protection standards.

7. Data Care and Retention Period

We have effective security measures, including Organizational Measures and Technical Measures, to prevent the loss, unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure of personal data. We may retain your personal data for the period necessary for the purposes of event organization and will delete your data when there is no longer a need to retain it.

8. In Case You Choose Not to Provide Personal Data to Us

We must collect certain personal data as required by law or to provide services to you. If you choose not to provide this personal data to us, we may not be able to provide services to you, and we may not be able to provide certain services to you. In some cases, we may request additional personal data that is useful for you to use our services more effectively. We will provide clear details when we need to request such personal data. You have the right to choose not to provide this additional information to us, and it will not affect the core services you have with us.

9. Your Rights to Control Your Personal Data

You have the right to control your personal data under the PDPA, including the right to withdraw consent, the right to access, the right to rectify, the right to object, the right to temporarily suspend the use of, and the right to erase or destroy personal data. 10. Cookies and the Use of Cookies

We may collect, use, and disclose cookies and similar technologies when you use our websites and applications for the purposes of protecting you from fraud, improving security, studying user behavior to optimize our services, and tailoring the marketing you see on social media. You can decline the collection of data through cookies by adjusting your browser settings.

11. Minors

We do not intend to collect personal data directly from minors, which refers to individuals who have not reached the age of majority, i.e., are not yet 20 years old (or have not reached the age of majority as defined by applicable law) or have not reached the age of majority through marriage or other conditions as defined by applicable law (“Minors”), and we do not permit Minors to apply for our products and services, unless we have obtained consent from the Minor alone (to the extent the Minor can do so by law) or from their parents or legal guardian who has the authority to act on their behalf, or when relying on any other legal basis. If you are a parent of a Minor or a legal guardian with the authority to act on their behalf and you are aware that your child or the Minor under your guardianship has provided personal data to us, please contact us and you can exercise your rights within the scope of the PDPA and other relevant laws.

In the case where the Company needs to obtain consent from a Minor to use personal data for purposes for which the Minor cannot give consent alone under the provisions of the Civil and Commercial Code and/or as required by applicable law, the Company will request consent from the Minor's parents or legal guardian with the authority to act on the Minor's behalf in accordance with the principles stipulated by the PDPA.

12. Use of Personal Data for Original Purposes

We have the right to collect and use your personal data that we collected before the PDPA came into effect concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data. We have the right to continue to collect and use personal data for the original purposes. If you do not wish for us to continue collecting and using such personal data, you can adjust your consent settings in the application and/or on the website you use.

13. Changes to the Privacy Notice

We will update and change this Privacy Notice from time to time to comply with changes in laws, regulations, or operational requirements. We will clearly announce this through our application and/or website and/or notify you via email. If you do not wish to accept or agree to any updates to this Privacy Notice, you may cancel your use of our services.

We would like to stay in touch with you in the future, in order to keep you appropriately informed of events and similar services. That's why we would like to ask for your consent to permit and agree that Koelnmesse Pte Ltd, and Show No Limit Co., Ltd., may pass on my personal data to Koelnmesse GmbH and its subsidiaries and commercial agents and may use the data entered on this form from the aforementioned persons for sending me information by email about future similar trade fairs/events/platforms organised in Thailand and abroad. A list of the subsidiaries and commercial agents of Koelnmesse GmbH, as well as further details about data protection, can be found in the complete document containing the participation documents.
