Axel is the Chief Technology Officer of Central Group. His executive function is mainly driving technology transformation, building new technology organization supporting agile technology development worldwide, focusing on Omni Channel, e-Commerce, Data & Analytics, Machine Learning & AI, Customer Care, Digital Marketing, and Retail Innovation. Prior to joining Central Group, Axel was the Global Chief Architect and Head Technology Strategy , driving the global enterprise architecture, digital, and technology strategy to further transform the bank into a modern Real World FinTech player, based upon an Omni Channel strategy for Standard Chartered. Apart from being an advisor to both Asian and European governments’ IT Master plan, he is also well connected with corporate and government leaders across Thailand and Asia. His impressive years of experience in developing and implementing technical strategy and architecture experience, with strong management and business acumen in Financial Services, Retail, Telecommunication and Technology sectors, and his strong engagement with Thailand Fintech startups and VC will contribute to Thailand’s Digital transformation and drive Thailand’s economy forward.
