Professor Kitipong is an internationally renowned legal advisor and as the former Chairman of Baker & McKenzie Thailand, he has over 40 years of experience in the fields of financial institutions, capital markets, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), tax planning and corporate and debt restructuring. He is also a leading expert in the field of family business governance and succession planning. He has written numerous best-seller books on topics ranging from M&A and tax planning, including the recent publication of the second edition of the Formula for Successful Family Businesses in Thailand.

He also remains as one of the key fixtures of the Thai legal community and has been appointed to numerous private and state organizations. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Thai Credit Retail Bank, a member of Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Board of Governors and a member of the board of several other listed and non-listed companies across multiple industries.
