Ms. Sineenuch is a highly accomplished businesswoman who holds a Master's degree in Finance and International Trade from the University of San Francisco. As a second-generation executive, she joined the family business in 1996, assuming the role of marketing manager.
With a strategic mindset, Ms. Sineenuch focused on expanding the export market, implementing stringent production standards, ensuring quality control, and catering to premium customers. These initiatives resulted in substantial business growth and built partnerships with prestigious corporations like Sumitomo Rubber Industries and Sime Darby Oil.
In 2007, she began applying The Sufficiency Economy Theory to the company's operations and introduced the Thai Eastern Symbiosis Model. This model aimed to foster a mutually beneficial relationship among various stakeholders, promoting sustainable growth and shared prosperity. By embracing this approach, Ms. Sineenuch demonstrated her commitment to responsible business practices and the well-being of the local community.
In September 2022, the business achieved a significant milestone by successfully raising 1.3 billion baht ($33.9 million) through the initial public offering of Thai Eastern Group Holdings (TEGH). This achievement solidified the company's position as the leading natural rubber and palm oil processor in Eastern Thailand and the leading renewable bio-energy in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
