Jeanna Lane M. Bago

Jeanna Lane M. Bago graduated with a degree in BS Forestry from the University of the Philippines, Los Baños (UPLB) in 2015.

She joined government service in the same year (2015) as an Extension Officer under the Watershed Ecosystems Management Section of Forest Resources Conservation Division of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Forest Management Bureau (DENR-FMB). In 2016, she became the Project Evaluation Officer of the Forestland Management Project (FMP), a watershed rehabilitation project being implemented by the DENR, through the FMB, with assistance from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). In 2018, she was designated as the Planning Officer for the same project. Also, she was involved as a member of the Technical Working Group for the implementation of a Landscape Restoration Project under the ASEAN-Korea Forest Cooperation Organization (AFoCo) involving Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, and Singapore in 2016-2019.

Currently, she is the Head, Technical Staff of the Office of the Assistant Director of the DENR-FMB, and at the same time the Head, Planning and Technical Operations Unit of the FMP.
