Ben Allard

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES, APJ REGION, PLANET

Ben is the VP Sales Asia Pacific Japan with Planet. He is responsible for driving strategy and overseeing opportunities for Planet business activities across the region.

Ben has over 20 years of experience in professional services, value engineering and sales leadership roles in APJ, EMEA and US. Ben holds a Bachelor degree from University of Technology, Sydney.

Prior to joining Planet, Ben worked at Apptio helping Fortune 1000 companies make data-driven timely decisions, align technology investments to business outcomes and respond to market disruptions. He assisted in expanding the business to EMEA and APJ, was part of Apptio’s successful IPO in 2016 and subsequent acquisition by Vista Equity Partners in 2019. During his time in APJ, he launched the APJ TBM Council, focused on thought leadership, standards and education with CxO’s from leading companies across the region.
