Mr. Woragarn has gained more than 18 years of extensive experience in ICT and Telecom industry. He is specialized as a Solution Consultant, Network Architecture Designer, Technology Enabler, combining with TCO and business model analysis.

His technology experience involves the development of 4G/5G, FTTx, IP & DWDM and Digitalization leveraging relevant technology-enabler like Cloud and Artificial Intelligence in different vertical industries. He has been engaging with leading ICT policy, regulatory organizations and enterprises in order to accelerate Thailand ICT industry growth in both private and government sectors.

Woragarn holds prestigious degrees such as Master of Engineering (Telecommunication Engineering) of RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia and Mini Master in Management, NIDA, Thailand.
