Dr. Tatchapol Poshyanonda

COUNTRY DIRECTOR, THAILAND AND INDOCHINA – PALO ALTO NETWORKS

Dr. Tatchapol is the country director for Thailand and Indochina at Palo Alto Networks. In this role, Dr. Tatchapol focuses on driving strategic growth for the market, channel partnerships, and leading the sales team.

With over 30 years of experience in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry, Dr. Tatchapol has held key roles in strategic business development at both local and international IT firms and was previously the Managing Director, Strategic Accounts and Digital Transformation Office, of Cisco Systems ASEAN. His areas of expertise span from business consulting, sales to digital transformation. He has also worked closely with venture capital firms and is highly acquainted with the tech startup ecosystem and digital accelerators across ASEAN.

Prior to joining Palo Alto Networks, Dr. Tatchapol was in leadership positions at EMC, Microsoft and Sun Microsystems Thailand. He holds a Master’s and Ph.D. in engineering management from Missouri-Rolla University. Dr. Tatchapol has previously lectured at renowned universities in Thailand and has experience speaking at public forums on topics such as digital transformation.

Dr. Tatchapol is also an independent advisor to various public and private organizations, including the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), Digital Government Agency (DGA), and Head of Center Director of Digital Transformation Excellence at the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC).
