How to purchase album

1. Register your account on website. 1 account per person.

2. Click purchase page. Maximum quantity per 1 order is 10 albums, no limitation for order times. [For example, if you want to buy 50 albums, you can order total 5 orders with 10 albums per order.]

3. When you got order number and make payment at the bank or ATM [only cash accepted] or credit card. User name will be displayed on the website with the purchase count.

4. Upload payment slip is the final step for album purchase.

5. We will provide TOP SPENDER real-time list on the website.

6. Please keep your payment evidence (such as slip). **It is recommended to take photos to avoid case of lost or ink faded out.

7. Once you’ve ordered, customer cannot edit or cancel orders in any cases. Refund is not available after order is completed.

Rules & Condition of Fan Signing Event
1. Photos and video recording is allowed in fan signing event. No tripods allowed.

2. Please stay in your seats, do not move or change seat in any cases.

3. Fan letters and fan gifts are accepted at fan club booth in event area. Giving letters or gifts to artists directly during the event is now allowed.

4. No gifts, dolls, headband, stickers or anything besides signing album allowed to carry when getting artist’s autographs.

5. Please be informed that no PS or question are allowed, except post-it with your name (for artist to write down on the album).

6. Lucky Fans cannot get other things besides albums to get artist’s autographs.
