Terms and Conditions of RUNIVERSE
In order to participate in this RUNIVERSE ("Event"), the participant must read, understand, and agree to all the following clauses.
1) Registration and Reservation:
- a) Participation in the Event requires prior registration and round reservation through the channel designated by the organizer. Participants must provide accurate information during registration.
- b) The organizer reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a participant will be allowed to attend the Event. The organizer may refuse or cancel registrations based on their assessment of the participant's suitability or for any other reason deemed necessary for the smooth and safe execution of the Event.
2) Health and Fitness:
- a) Participants affirm that they are physically fit to engage in the Event.
- b) Participants understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with the Event, including but not limited to physical exertion, equipment usage, and potential interactions with other participants.
It is the participant's responsibility to disclose any pre-existing health conditions that may affect their ability to participate and to ensure they are in suitable health and physical condition to engage in the activities associated with the event.
3) Risk Acknowledgment:
- a) The event organizers, including their employees, and agents, shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise during or as a result of participation in the Event.
- b) Participants hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Event organizers from any claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action, arising out of or related to any injuries, accidents, or health issues sustained during the Event, including liability in the case of accidents such as fire or electrical short circuit.
- c) The Event organizers do not provide medical services, and participants are advised to seek immediate medical attention in the case of injury, accident, or health issues during the Event.
4) Code of Conduct:
- a) Participants agree to comply with all instructions provided by Event staff for a safe and enjoyable experience.
- b) Participants must adhere to guidelines for the proper use of all equipment during the Event, including following safety instructions and respecting any restrictions provided by the organizers.
- c) Participants agree to conduct themselves in a manner respectful to others. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the Event.
- d) Consequences for violating the Event's code of conduct may include expulsion from the event at the discretion of the organizers.
5) Event Modifications:
- a) The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event for any reason.
- b) The organizers will not be responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by participants or third parties if the event cannot be held for any reason. Any updates or changes regarding the cancellation will be communicated to participants.
- c) In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or strikes, the organizers hold no responsibility, and participants understand that the event may be affected or canceled without liability to the organizers.
6) Photography
Participants grant permission for the use of their images or recordings for promotional purposes.
7) Age Restrictions:
- a) Participants must be 18 years or older.
- b) Minors (under 20) require explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
- c) Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during the event.
8) Data Protection and Privacy:
Participant data will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The organizers are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of participant information. Please see our privacy policy below.
9) Amendment of Terms:
The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.
10) Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.

About this Privacy Policy
The purpose of this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is to your trust and confidence that the organizer will appropriately manage and secure your personal data in accordance with the law.
Collection of Personal Data
We may collect your personal data, both directly and indirectly, from the following sources:
- Direct information you provided to us, such as the information you provided for reservation and registration to join the event.
- Online social media and/or other public relation media that you use to participate in our event.
- Personal data from third parties, such as our business partners.

Depending on purposes of use and requirement of the organizer in processing personal data, we may collect various types of your personal data including:
- Identification information such as name, username, password, date of birth, identification number, telephone number, address, copy of identification card, copy of passport, photo, voice, and video;
- Personal profile such as age, sex, weight and height;
- Location information such as IP Address, GPS, or your current location;
- Financial information such as credit and debit card, bank account, transaction information including price, payment method, and other payment details; and
- Other information such as personal data that you provide when communicate with us via the application and other communication channels.
Retention Period
We will retain your personal data as long as it is necessary for the purpose of data processing. After that, we will erase and destroy your personal data except as may be required, by applicable laws, or for the protection of our interest. In general, personal data will be kept for a maximum period of 3 years or otherwise longer if it is specifically provided by law or for the protection of our interest. Upon the completion of the abovementioned period, we will follow the deletion and destruction procedure to ensure that all your personal data is safely deleted or is retained in the form of anonymous data.
Purpose of processing and disclosing personal information:
We will process your information for the following purposes:
- For registration to participate in the event and space reservation.
- To receive notifications for participating in the event.
- To connect with any necessary applications for participating in the event.
- For communication purposes, including listening to your opinions, addressing your questions, and responding to you.
- For research or analysis to develop, improve, and maintain the quality of activities.
- For conducting surveys, satisfaction assessments, questionnaires, and soliciting feedback.
- To determine and improve our general marketing activities.
- To use photos, sound, still images, and moving images of participants in any marketing media of the organizers.
- To comply with various relevant laws.
We will not disclose your personal information without a legal processing basis. In cases where we need to send your personal information to third parties, we will follow appropriate procedures to ensure that external parties take care of your personal information to prevent loss, unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, and misuse. We may disclose your personal information to the following entities:
- Companies within our affiliated group.
- Service providers and support/assistance contractors of ours.
- Government agencies and regulatory bodies.

In accordance with the data protection law, you, as a data subject has the following rights (which may be amended pursuant to any regulations of the data protection law) which are exercisable in compliance with applicable laws:
