No refund once payment is made.  No cancellation is allowed once this registration reach us.

If you are unable to attend the seminar, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague by letting us know the name, position and email of the person who will take your place. 

The ticket is valid for the ‘GLOBAL TREND SUMMIT' only.

Liability

THINK NEXT ASIA (under Simple Work Co, Ltd.) reserves the right to amend any part of the Trend Seminar program if necessary at any time.

In the event of new restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances, TrendWatching/THINK NEXT ASIA (under Simple Work Co, Ltd.) accepts no responsibility for the loss of monies incurred by delegates (such as train tickets and hotel expenses). Therefore, we strongly recommend that participants take out comprehensive medical and travel insurance which should cover the possibility of cancellation due to strikes and other causes.

Privacy

In registering for TrendWatching’s Trend Seminars (hosted by THINK NEXT ASIA), relevant details will be incorporated into participants lists for the benefit of all participants. Normally this information would include the name, surname, telephone number, company name, job function, country, and email address. TrendWatching/THINK NEXT ASIA may use these details to inform current participants of seminar updates or future conferences via email. Participants are responsible for advising TrendWatching/THINK NEXT ASIA if they do not wish to have their email address included in the conference participant list or mail distribution list for events.
