Privacy Notice

Some of our events and products are co-branded, co-delivered or sponsored by third-party exhibitors or sponsors. We may share your details with these third-party partners. Should we do so at live events, a clear notice will be provided that gives the opportunity to opt-out or opt-in to such sharing as required by applicable data protection laws. The third-party partner’s use of your details will be in accordance with their notice provided and its privacy policy and is not covered by this Privacy Policy.

We will only ever use the information we collect or receive about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  If you prefer us not to contact you about relevant events, products and services that we believe you will be interested in, you can manage your preferences via a link we will send you, unsubscribe using the link in our emails or by emailing privacy@clarionevents.com.

As part of your registration to fully Virtual (online) Events or to Live Events that offer online networking and content as an additional service, some of your registration data will be passed to our Networking Application Provider to create an account within the platform.

Once you have completed registration you will have to access to the platform and the attendees' list within the event to network before, during and after the event. Your profile data (name, job title and company) will be visible to other attendees.

When entering an online event or content and networking platform you may engage in activities such as: visiting zones or rooms such as an online event space, exhibitor or sponsor booth; downloading content; attend/view live seminars.

As a result of such activities, the platform or the event organiser may collect, collate and share your personal information and data about your movements and interactions whilst in the virtual event space with the relevant sponsor or exhibitor to allow them to engage with you, subject to applicable data protection laws.

In order to provide this service to you, your data will be given to the platform provider.  Your data will be protected by the platform provider and not commercialized by them. You have the right to access your data, as well as editing or deleting it through the tools provided within the mobile application or web platform.

What is included in the delegate registration fee?

• Access to all networking opportunities
• All food and refreshments during the conference sessions
• All approved post-conference presentation slides and notes for training purposes (restricted to delegates only)
• Access to exhibition area
• Access to the awards dinner (if your delegate pass includes the awards dinner)
• Pass to attend the hosted drinks reception and/or party (where applicable)

When do I pay?
Payment of the full delegate fee is due immediately.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of receipt of the completed registration form will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received in writing more than two months prior to the start of the event will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received in writing less than two months before the start date of the event will receive no refund and registrants will be liable for payment of 100% of the invoiced amount. A substitute delegate can be named at any time before the event starts or a conference voucher valid for one year will be offered for the same value to use towards any other event organised by Clarion Events Asia. No fees will be applied for this.

Important notes
This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Clarion Events Asia to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue. By submitting your details, you agree to the use of your personal information as set out in our data protection policy.

Data protection
The information you provide will be held on a database and may be made available to external companies for marketing purposes. If you do not wish your details to be used for this purpose, or if you wish to change your mailing details, please contact us at info@enlit-asia.com
