Creative Economy Agency (Public Organization) (the “Organization”) is committed to operating in compliance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (A.D. 2019) to collect, use, and/or disclose your personal data for the purpose described below.

I consent to the organization collecting, using, and disclosing my personal information to the public which includes my name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address, and user account information. Contact information, photos, video and voice recordings for use in public relations and to create awareness of the activities of the Creativities Unfold.

Your personal information will be used by the organization and the festival organizers to contact and coordinate the activities as well as for the public relations of the festival only.
