Coach Ramesh Nava, PCC 

Ramesh Nava is an International Coaching Federation-credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC). He specializes in executive and leadership team coaching. He has coached teams in many countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China, India, Korea, Dubai and Japan. 

Experience: Coach Ramesh has over 30 years experience in the tech industry where he led teams across the world. He was a C-Suite member of Prometric Inc, the world’s leading computer-based assessment company and held leadership positions at HP, Sun Microsystems and Netscape. 

The Program: Coach Ramesh has developed several leadership programs to help leaders in Asia adapt to the VUCA environment. This program utilizes his skills as a coach and his experiences in leadership and Agile ways of working to transform managers into 21st century leaders. 

Assoc. Prof.Dr. Thanachart Numnonda

Executive Director IMC Institute

Dr. Thanachart Numnonda is an executive director of IMC Institute. Currently, he also holds many other positions in both public and private sectors. These includes Independent director and president of audit committee at Thanachart capital public company limited, Chairman and president Audit Committee at SiamEast solutions public company limited, Independent director and a member of Audit Committee at Vintcom Technology public company limited, Independent director and a member of Audit Committee at Humanica public company limited, and a member of councils at Khon Kean University, Burapa University and Ubon Ratchathani university.

He was an associate professor at the Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Khon Kaen University, and a lecturer to several universities.

Dr. Thanachart graduated in electrical engineering from Khon Kaen University. He also holds a master’s degree and a PhD in electrical engineering and electronics from University of Auckland, New Zealand.
