Bangkok Design Week 2018

กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจ ระหว่างคู่ธุรกิจ และนักออกแบบ หรือผู้ประกอบการ ซึ่งเข้าร่วมเทศกาล Bangkok Design Week 2018 ผู้สมัครเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและผู้ที่ได้รับเชิญเข้ามา จะมีโอกาสในการจับคู่ธุรกิจกับผู้ที่ได้รับเชิญจาก TCDCอาทิ นักลงทุน ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และผู้ที่ทีมงานเห็นว่ามีโอกาสต่อยอดทางธุรกิจให้กับผู้มาแสดงผลงานนั้นๆ โดยกิจกรรมแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ กิจกรรมนำเสนอผลงานทางธุรกิจ (Business Pitching) และกิจกรรมจับคู่ธุรกิจ  (Business Matching)

นอกไปจากนี้ในบริเวณงานยังมีการออกบู๊ทของกลุ่มสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการ เช่น สถาบันการเงิน หน่วยงานส่งเสริมการค้าของภาครัฐและเอกชน และกลุ่มบริการธุรกิจอื่นๆ อีกด้วย

กิจกรรมนี้เหมาะกับใคร?

นักออกแบบ ผู้ประกอบการ ผู้ที่สนใจในโครงการ นักลงทุน ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ เครือข่ายอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ต่างๆ สถาบันการเงิน หน่วยงานส่งเสริมการค้าของภาครัฐและเอกชนกลุ่มบริการธุรกิจ และองค์กรการออกแบบระหว่างประเทศ (ทั้งแขกรับเชิญและผู้ที่สมัครเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางช่องทางออนไลน์)

รูปแบบกิจกรรม

กิจกรรม Business Pitching ในรูปแบบ Speed Dating เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้จัดแสดงในโปรแกรม Showcase (Exhibitors) ในงาน Bangkok Design Week 2018 ได้นำเสนอผลงานของตัวเองต่อผู้ที่สนใจในโครงการ อาทิ นักลงทุน ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และเครือข่ายอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ต่างๆ โดยผู้ที่เข้าฟังกิจกรรมจะเห็นภาพรวมผู้ประกอบการหรือผู้จัดแสดงผลงานทั้งหมดได้ในระยะเวลาสั้นๆ เพื่อตัดสินใจในการคุยทางธุรกิจกันเบื้องต้นด้วยกันและยังสามารถเจรจาทางธุรกิจแบบส่วนตัว ณ ห้องเจรจาธุรกิจที่จัดไว้โดยเฉพาะอีกด้วย

กิจกรรม Business Pitching

วัน: 29 มกราคม – 2 กุมภาพันธ์ 2561 

รูปแบบ

1. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแต่ละท่าน มีเวลาในการนำเสนอผลงานให้กับผู้ที่สนใจรายละม่เกิน 3 นาที ไม่รวมช่วงถาม-ตอบ 2 นาที รวมเวลาทั้งหมด 5 นาที ต่อราย
2. การนำเสนอผลงานจัดแบ่งหัวข้อตามหมวดอุตสาหกรรมตามตารางด้านบน
3. การนำเสนอผลงาน 1 รอบ มีจำนวนผู้นำเสนอผลงาน 10-15 ท่าน รวมเวลาทั้งหมดประมาณ 1- 1.5 ชั่วโมงต่อรอบ
4. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมมีจำนวนประมาณ 100 ท่าน ต่อรอบการนำเสนอ
5. ผู้ที่สนใจฟังการนำเสนอผลงานแต่ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Business Matching สามารถพูดคุยกับตัวแทนของผู้แสดงผลงานได้ ณ จุดแสดงผลงานขนาดย่อม ด้านหลังห้องฟังก์ชั่น ชั้น 4 อาคารส่วนหน้า TCDC กรุงเทพฯ
6. ด้านหลังห้องจัดกิจกรรมจะมีการออกบู๊ทของกลุ่มสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการ เช่น สถาบันการเงิน หน่วยงานส่งเสริมการค้าของภาครัฐและเอกชน และกลุ่มบริการธุรกิจอื่นๆ

กิจกรรม Business Matching ในรูปแบบ Speed Dating

สถานที่: ห้องออดิทอเรียม ชั้น M อาคารส่วนหน้า TCDC กรุงเทพฯ

เหมาะกับ: ผู้ที่ต้องการทำความรู้จักกับผู้นำเสนอผลงานทุกคนในเวลาสั้นๆ

รูปแบบ

1. กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นต่อเนื่องกับกิจกรรม Business Pitching
2. เป็นการจับคู่ธุรกิจระหว่างผู้แสดงผลงานกับผู้ที่สนใจในโครงการในแต่ละรอบ ด้วยรูปแบบ Speed Dating ซึ่งเปิดโอกาสให้คู่ธุรกิจได้มีโอกาสแนะนำตัวเจรจาธุรกิจและยังได้พบกับผู้ที่สนใจทุกคน
3. ผู้เข้าร่วมงานมีจำนวนประมาณ 20-30 คนต่อรอบ ประกอบไปด้วยผู้นำเสนอผลงานในกิจกรรม Business matching และผู้ที่มีความประสงค์ที่จะเจรจาธุรกิจกับแขกรับเชิญของ TCDC รวมถึงผู้ที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกจากช่องทางออนไลน์
4. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Business Matching จำเป็นต้องนำเสนอผลงานในกิจกรรม Business Pitching
5. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะนั่งประจำ ส่วนผู้ที่สนใจในโครงการจะเวียนเข้าไปเจรากับผู้นำเสนอผลงานทุกคน โดยจะใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 5 นาทีต่อครั้ง

กิจกรรม Business Matching ในรูปแบบการเจรจาธุรกิจแบบส่วนตัว

สถานที่: ห้องประชุม 1 และ 3 ชั้น 3 อาคารส่วนหน้า TCDC กรุงเทพฯ

เวลา: 10.30– 18.00 น.

เหมาะกับ: ผู้ที่ต้องการเจรจาธุรกิจแบบลงลึกและใช้เวลามากกว่ารูปแบบ Speed Dating

รูปแบบ

1. เปิดรับจองเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ หลังจากกิจกรรม Business Pitching จบลง
2. แต่ละคู่สนทนามีเวลาในการเจรจาธุรกิจไม่เกิน 1 ชั่วโมง
3. ก่อนจบกิจกรรม จะมีการสอบถามข้อมูลโดยเจ้าหน้าที่ เพื่อใช้ในการวัดผลกิจกรรม

ขั้นตอนการรับสมัคร

หลักเกณฑ์ในการพิจารณา

ทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาผู้ที่สนใจร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อเจรจาธุรกิจเป็นหลัก หากมีความประสงค์ ที่จะเข้าฟังการนำเสนอผลงานแต่ไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Business Matching ได้ ท่านสามารถพูดคุยกับตัวแทนของผู้แสดงผลงานได้ ณ จุดแสดงผลงานขนาดย่อม ด้านหลังห้องฟังก์ชั่นชั้น 4  อาคารส่วนหน้า TCDC กรุงเทพฯ

Business Pitching & Business Matching Activities

Organized to provide business opportunities to business partners, designers and entrepreneurs participating Bangkok Design Week 2018. During the session, participants and invited guests have an opportunity for business matching with special guests invited by TCDC, including investors, procurement departments and potential business partners. The activities are divided to 2 main programs: Business Pitching and Business Matching. Booths financial institutions, Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), public and private sectors and business service associates are exhibited at the venue.

Who should attend?

Designers, entrepreneurs, anyone with the interest in projects, investors, procurement departments, creative industries network, financial institutions, Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) in both public and private sector and international design associates (including guests and online applicants).

Type of activity

In Bangkok Design Week 2018, the Business Pitching Activity serves as a design showcasing platform for exhibitors to potential investors, procurement departments and creative industry networks for understanding the product concept in a brief second by speed-dating model in Business Matching activity and private business negotiation in a private room. This goal is for primary decision to further discuss the business.

When: 29 January – 2 February 2018 | 10.00 - 16.30

Where: TCDC Bangkok at The Grand Postal Building

Activity Schedule

Types of Activity

1. One exhibitor can takes maximum of 5 minutes per session; 3 minute presentation and 2minute Q&A are allowed.
2. Dates of presentation are arranged by the category of industry (According to the above schedule).
3. Approximately 10-15 exhibitors are asked to give their 1-1.5 hour of presentation per 1 group.
4. Only 100 participants / 1presentation
5. General audiences who didn’t participate in Business Matching can contact exhibitor representative at the exhibition area in the back side of Function Room, 4 Fl, Front Building, TCDC Bangkok.
6. Booths of entrepreneurship supporting agencies, including financial institutions, Department of International Trade Promotion in both public and private sector and other business service Associates, are exhibited at the venue.

Business Pitching Activity

1. Exhibitor is allocated maximum of 5 minutes for presentation excluding 2 minutes of Q&A. Total time allocated is 5 minutes per participant.
2. Topics are divided by industries as stated above.
3. The number of exhibitors is 10-15 persons per session. One session is 1-1.5 hours.
4. The total number of exhibitors is 100 persons per session.
5. Those with the interest to attend the session without presentation is allowed to discuss with the exhibitor at the specified area at Function Room, 4 Fl., Front Building, TCDC Bangkok.
6. In the showcase area also has promoting entrepreneurship’s exhibition booth including  financial institutions, Department of International Trade Promotion in both public and private sector and other business service Associates.

Business Matching “Speed Dating”

Where: Auditorium Room, M Fl., Front Building, TCDC Bangkok

Who should attend: Anyone with the interest to get to know the participants in the speed dating style.

Type of Activity

1. The activity is arranged after the Business Pitching session.
2. The activity is focusing on business matching between exhibitors and potential business partners in speed dating style.
3. The number of participants is approximately 20-30 persons per session. Participants include exhibitors, negotiators invited by TCDC and selected applicants via online channel.
4. Participants must present their work in the Business Pitching session.
5. After 5-minute conversation, the participants is seated at the table while the potential business partner move to the next table.

Business Matching “Private Business Negotiation”

Where: Meeting Room 1 & 3, 3 Fl., Front Building, TCDC Bangkok

Time: 10.30 - 18.00

Who should attend: Anyone with the interest to have a business negotiation.

Types of Activity

1. Reservation opens after Business Pitching session.
2. The negotiation could take up to 1 hour.
3. At the end of activity, the staff will collect the evaluation form from improvement of the program.

Selection Criteria

We reserve the right to consider business negotiation participants. General audiences with the interest to enter the session without participation in the Business Matching activity, are allowed to discuss with the representative of the exhibitors at the showcase at Function Room, 4 Fl., Front Building, TCDC Bangkok.
