- สมาชิกนำคูปองที่ระบุ Code สำรองที่นั่งในเว็บไซต์ zipeventapp.com ภายใน 21 ธันวาคม 2566 (ถ้ามี Link เข้าหน้าสำรองที่นั่ง สามารถระบุได้)
- กรอกข้อมูลส่วนตัว และระบุ Code ที่แสดงคูปอง เพื่อเลือกที่นั่งในโซนที่กำหนด (จำกัด 1 email account / 1 ที่นั่ง)
- ลูกค้าจะต้องระบุชื่อ-นามสกุลผู้ที่เข้าชมการแสดงทุกที่นั่ง โดยระบุเป็นภาษาไทย หรือภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้น ชื่อดังกล่าวจะถูกบันทึกในระบบ และไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
โปรดตรวจสอบชื่อ-นามสกุลให้ถูกต้องก่อนสำรองที่นั่ง
- เมื่อลูกค้าสำรองที่นั่งเรียบร้อยแล้ว จะได้รับ E-Ticket ที่ระบุโซนที่นั่งและหมายเลขที่นั่งทาง E-mail
- โปรดนำ E-Ticket ที่ได้รับมาแสดงเพื่อเข้าร่วมชมการแสดงตามวันและเวลาที่ระบุไว้
- กรณีที่ต้องการโอนสิทธิ์ สามารถมอบสิทธิ์ให้บุคคลอื่นเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแทนได้ โดยทำหนังสือมอบฉันทะ พร้อมสำเนาบัตรประชาชนของสมาชิกที่ได้รับรางวัล นำส่งที่ support@zipeventapp.com ภายในวันที่ 21 ธันวาคม 2566 เวลา 17.00 น.
- เมื่อสำรองที่นั่งเรียบร้อยแล้ว ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกที่นั่ง
- เงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด และขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
*Terms and conditions on the seat reservation
- Coupon for seat reservation at zipeventapp.com starts from 1 to 21 December 2023.
- Each full name and email address is applicable for the registration of a 1 complimentary seat in a designated zone only.
- Please verify a full name before confirming for seat selection. No information is allowed to be changed/modified after successful seat confirmation.
- E-ticket holder must have a full name corresponding to the name provided during registration for a complimentary seat.
- After successful seat reservation, seats cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If you wish to transfer your participation right any other person, simply email a proxy letter and attach a copy of your national ID card/passport to support@zipeventapp.com no later than 5pm on 21 December 2023.
- Please present e-ticket and national ID card or passport as authentication at the entrance.
- Terms and conditions are governed by the Company and are subject to changes without prior notice. It is incumbent upon the member to ascertain any such changes at the retail point.
