CEA FORUM เวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และความเคลื่อนไหวในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์และกรณีศึกษาจากประเทศต่างๆ ที่จะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ใหม่ และการสร้างความร่วมมือในอนาคต ซึ่งจะช่วยผลักดันให้ภาครัฐและเอกชนของไทยตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของความคิดสร้างสรรค์ เข้าใจกระบวนการและสามารถนำไปใช้ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในทุกระดับ
CEA FORUM 2019 จัดขึ้นเป็นครั้งแรก ในโอกาสครบรอบ 1 ปีของการจัดตั้งสำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ (องค์การมหาชน) เพื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจถึงปัจจัยสำคัญของการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ ใน 3 ด้าน คือ การจัดทำนโยบายเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ การพัฒนาพื้นที่สร้างสรรค์สำหรับธุรกิจและชุมชนนักสร้างสรรค์ รวมทั้งการส่งเสริมให้ภาคธุรกิจนำความคิดสร้างสรรค์ไปใช้ในการพัฒนาความสามารถในการแข่งขัน

การแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ของภาครัฐและเอกชนในการบริหารจัดการกิจกรรม และพื้นที่ในรูปแบบของ Co-working space เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาย่านสร้างสรรค์

PINN Creative Space (กรุงเทพมหานคร)
วิวัฒน์ ภักดีธรรมาภรณ์ ผู้อำนวยการสร้างสรรค์และหัวหน้าฝ่าย Digital Fab ของ Pinn Creative Space ด้วยประสบการณ์อันยาวนานด้านเทคโนโลยี เขามีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนา Pinn Creative Space ให้เป็นแหล่งรวมนักออกแบบรุ่นใหม่ที่ใช้เครื่องมือดิจิทัลในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน และยังจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่ให้ความรู้นักออกแบบในเรื่องเครื่องมือดิจิทัลอีกด้วย

Community Space ใจกลางย่านสาทร ซึ่งเปิดพื้นที่ให้ทุกคนมาทำงานและสร้างสรรค์ในรูปแบบต่างๆ มีทั้งห้องประชุมที่มีความเป็นส่วนตัว พื้นที่ Co-working Space ห้องจัดการสัมมนาที่จุได้หลายร้อยที่นั่ง ไปจนถึงห้องจัดคอนเสิร์ต ภายในมีร้านอาหารหลายแบบให้เลือก เรียกว่าได้รับการออกแบบที่การคิดเพื่อตอบโจทย์ชีวิตคนทำงานที่ต้องการความสมดุลย์
3. ยิปซี จันทร์เพ็งเพ็ญ
สกลเฮ็ด (จังหวัดสกลนคร)
ยิปซี จันทร์เพ็งเพ็ญ นักวิชาการฝ่ายชุมชนและผู้ด้อยโอกาส สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ และประธานกลุ่มสกลเฮ็ด ซึ่งเป็นการรวมตัวของผู้ที่เห็นคุณค่าของการกลับบ้านและงานฝีมือท้องถิ่น ยิปซีเป็นทายาทรุ่นที่ 3 ของครอบครัวช่างย้อมครามธรรมชาติด้วยภูมิปัญญาดั้งเดิมของสกลนคร เจ้าของแบรนด์ “แม่ฑีตา” ซึ่งยิปซีได้ปรับดีไซน์ให้ตอบโจทย์คนรุ่นใหม่และคนต่างชาติมากยิ่งขึ้น เธอร่วมมือกับสมาชิกกลุ่มสกลเฮ็ดในการจัดตลาดนัดขายของมือสอง งานประดิษฐ์ และงานศิลปะ เพื่อเปิดพื้นที่ให้กับคนรุ่นใหม่ในสกลนครได้มาปลดปล่อยความคิดสร้างสรรค์
4. ดร.จเร สุวรรณชาต
คิด+ดี ศูนย์การเรียนรู้สงขลา (จังหวัดสงขลา)
ดร.จเร สุวรรณชาต รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย และคิด+ดี ศูนย์การเรียนรู้สงขลา จังหวัดสงขลา ดร. จเรมีความชำนาญด้านการประหยัดพลังงานและการอนุรักษ์เมือง ชุมชน และอาคารโบราณ หนึ่งในผลงานสร้างชื่อให้กับดร.จเร คือการพัฒนาผนังสำเร็จรูปจากใบตาลโตนด ซึ่งได้รับการคัดเลือกจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการวิจัยแห่งชาติ ให้เป็นตัวแทนของประเทศไทยไปร่วมจัดแสดงในงาน 42nd International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva ผลงานชิ้นนี้เป็นสิ่งประดิษฐ์ที่ต่อยอดจากงานวิจัยฟื้นฟูชุมชน ต.รำแดง อ.สิงหนคร จ.สงขลา โดยทุนวิจัยจากการเคหะแห่งชาติ ซึ่งต่อมากลายเป็นโครงการนำร่องชุมชนต้นแบบเพื่อพัฒนาด้านการอยู่อาศัยและพึ่งพาตนเอง ที่ผลักดันชุมชนรำแดงเป็นฐานการเรียนรู้วิถีโหนด (ตาลโตนด)
5. ธีรวุธ กล่อมแล้ว
Gingerbread House Gallery (จังหวัดแพร่)
ธีรวุธ กล่อมแล้ว กรรมการผู้จัดการ ลายโมทีป ผู้ก่อตั้ง Gingerbread House Gallery จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทสาขาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์จากมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เคยดำรงตำแหน่งผู้จัดการโครงการประจำบริษัทสหเอเชียแปซิฟิกในเครือสหพัฒน์ ด้วยแนวความคิด “การแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ซึ่งกันและกัน ทำให้เกิดการสร้างสรรค์อย่างยั่งยืน” และด้วยความร่วมมือกับเครือข่ายลูกหลานเมืองแพร่ ธีรวุธได้ปรับปรุงเรือนไม้อายุประมาณ 60 ปี เป็น Gingerbread House Gallery ซึ่งเป็นธุรกิจที่พัก ร้านอาหาร และร้านของที่ระลึกพื้นถิ่นใจกลางเมืองแพร่ ในพื้นที่อนุรักษ์เมืองเก่า เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้กลุ่มหรือองค์กรที่ต้องการเผยแพร่ผลงาน ทั้งในรูปแบบงานเสวนาวิชาการและงานนิทรรศการผลงานศิลปะต่างๆ ให้ชุมชนและผู้สนใจได้พบปะแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ และร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์ต่อยอด
ดำเนินการเสวนา โดย ดร. พัชรวีร์ ตันประวัติ หัวหน้าฝ่ายศิลปะและอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ บริติช เคานซิล (ประเทศไทย)
ดร.พัชรวีร์ ตันประวัติ มีบทบาทหน้าที่ในการดูแลโครงการด้านศิลปะและอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ และพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์และการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ระหว่างศิลปินนักออกแบบและผู้ประกอบการด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของไทยและสหราชอาณาจักร ดร.พัชรวีร์ ทำงานกับช่างฝีมือหัตถกรรมทั่วประเทศผ่านโครงการ Crafting Futures ของบริติช เคานซิล และสนับสนุนเครือข่ายหัตถกรรมเพื่อสังคมในประเทศไทย รวมถึงบุกเบิกและดำเนินโครงการด้านเมืองสร้างสรรค์โดยเน้นการพัฒนา Creative Hubs ซึ่งเป็นหัวใจของพื้นที่สร้างสรรค์เพื่อสนับสนุนให้เกิดสังคมที่ดีขึ้นผ่านนวัตกรรมและความร่วมมือของทั้ง 2 ประเทศ

เกี่ยวกับสำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ (องค์การมหาชน)
สำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ Creative Economy Agency : CEA จัดตั้งขึ้นตามพระราชกฤษฎีกาจัดตั้งสำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ (องค์การมหาชน)
พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๑ ซึ่งมีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 14 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2561 เป็นต้นไป โดยเป็นหน่วยงานในกำกับดูแลของสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี
CEA เป็นหน่วยงานส่งเสริมการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ โดยการร่วมมือกับภาครัฐและเอกชนในการขับเคลื่อนเชิงนโยบาย การพัฒนาพื้นที่สร้างสรรค์ และการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์เกิดและเติบโตด้วยการจัดหาทรัพยากรความรู้และโอกาสในการพัฒนานักสร้างสรรค์ทั้งในส่วนกลางและภูมิภาค พร้อมกับการกระตุ้นให้เกิดการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์และภาคการผลิตจริง

A platform to exchange knowledge and share movements on the development of the creative economy policy that leads to development of creative district for business purpose, fostering the creative community and promoting creativity for enhancement of competitiveness.
The very first CEA FORUM 2019 is held on the occasion of one year anniversary of founding the Creative Economy Agency (Public Organization): CEA to provide knowledge on 3 aspects of development of the creative economy: creative economy policy formulation, creative district development for business and creative community and advocating creativity in business sector.

Experience sharing from government and public sectors who actively manage activities and co-working spaces as part of the development of the creative district.
1. Wiwat Phakdeethammaporn, PINN Creative Space (Bangkok)
Wiwat Phakdeethammaporn, Creative Director and Head of Digital Fab, Pinn Creative Space. With experience in the field of technology, he plays a significant role in developing Pinn Creative Space as a creative hub for young designers whose works are created by digital tools. He also organized workshop on digital tools for designers.
2. Parin Sarasin, Glowfish Offices (Bangkok)
A community space in the heart of Sathorn. Glowfish offers a variety of meeting and conference facilities and concert hall with selections of gastronomy. Glowfish is designed to meet the needs of creators who need the work-life balance.
3. Gypsy Janpengpen, Sakonhed (Sakonnakhon)
Gypsy Janpengpen is a Community Development and Disadvantaged Groups Specialist at National Science and Technology Development Agency and Chairman of Sakonhed Group. He is the third generation of indigo dyeing family “Mae Thita” who maintains Sakonnakhon’s traditional indigo-dyeing technique. She adapted the design to meet the needs of new generations and foreigners. In cooperation with members of Sakonhed Group, he organizes a monthly flea market featuring second-hand products, craft products and artworks to serve as a platform for new generations to unleash their creativity.
4. Jaray Suwannachart, Kid+Dee Cultural Co-Working Space (Songkhla)
Jaray Suwannachart is an Associate Dean for Research and Academic Services, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, and an advocate of Kid+Dee Cultural Co-Working Space (Songkhla). He is an expert in the field of energy conservation and conservation for cities, communities and ancient buildings. One of the works that put him on the map is the development of palm tree leaf modular wall, which was selected by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) to represent Thailand participating in the 42nd International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva. The modular wall was an invention building on the findings from the research on the restoration of Ramdaeng community (Singha Nakhon, Songkhla) funded by the National Housing Authority, which later became the pilot project for prototype sustainable communities focusing on boosting livelihoods and promoting self-reliance of the residents and promoting Ramdaeng community as a learning center of “Node” nipa palm culture.
5. Teerawut Klomlaew, Gingerbread House Gallery (Phrae)
Teerawut Klomlaew is a Managing Director at Line Motif Company Limited and Founder of Gingerbread House Gallery. Holding a M. Arch. degree from Chiang Mai University, Teerawut was the former project manager of Saha Asia Pacific, an affiliated company under Saha Group. Thanks to the cooperation with The Active Generation of Phrae, he opened Gingerbread House Gallery, the winning combination of gallery, hotel, restaurant and souvenir shop under the concept “Sharing Experiences Leads to Sustainable Creation” set in a beautifully renovated 60-year-old two-storey wooden house in the old town conservation area right in the heart of Phrae. The space acts as a platform for groups or organizations to hold academic seminars on various topics or exhibitions showcasing works of art for communities and interested parties to co-create and exchange experiences and ideas.
Moderator: Dr. Patcharawee Tunprawat, Head of Arts and Creative Industries, British Council Thailand
At British Council, Dr. Patcharawee is responsible for projects related to arts and creative industry, the development of relationships as well as the exchange of knowledge among artists, designers and creative entrepreneurs in Thailand and Great Britain. She works with craftsmen across the country through British Council’s Crafting Futures project and supports the network of craftsmanship aiming to create greater social impact in Thailand, as well as, initiates and carries out creative city projects with an emphasis on developing “Creative Hubs” which are the heart of creative space that encourages a better society through innovation and cooperation between the two countries.

About Creative Economy Agency (Public Organization)
Creative Economy Agency (Public Organization): CEA is established under the government gazette on establishing the Creative Economy Agency (Public Organization) 2017 which was effective from 14 August 2018 onwards. Under the supervision of the Office of the Prime Minister, CEA is tasked with advancement of the creative economy in Thailand by collaborations with public and private sectors in order to drive forward the creative economy policy in parallel with developing the creative district and the creative industry. Consequently, entrepreneurs, designers and creative workforce in central and regional Thailand are equipped with resources and opportunities; collaborations between the creative industries and the real sector are encouraged for the advancement of the Thai products and services on the international market.
