Terms and Conditions For Ticket Registration
Garena Online (Thailand) Company Limited (“Garena”) have arranged Arena of Valor Premier League 2023 on Saturday, 22 July 2023 and Sunday, 23 July 2023. The registration is limited for the first 1,000 people only on each date.
- Event will be arranged at TRUE ICON HALL (7th floor ICONSIAM)
Ticket registration will be opened from 13 July 2023 at 10.00am until 17 July 2023 at 23.59pm on

- Limit registration for the first 1,000 people per day
- Official QR Code is required to collect Wristband on the registered event date only; for example, if you register on 22 July 2023, the QR Code will not be able to be used for collecting Wristband on 23 July 2023. If the register would like to attend both event days, they must register separately.
- Limit ticket registration 1 person per 1 National ID Number or Passport Number per day
- Please note that the ticket won’t have specific seats number, Garena would like to allow the fastest check-in on that day to select the seat first (First come, first serve)
Terms and Conditions For Attending the event
- Registered person must bring official QR Code that received from Zipevent Application or Website: www.zipeventapp.com along with National ID Number and Passport for showing at registration desk to check-in (Limit 1 QR Code per 1 person only)
- Audience need to check-in for collecting Wristband starting from 10.15am until 11.15am only, if they failed to comply, the ticket will be disclaimed on that day
- Official QR Code in photo format or screenshot is not allowed to use, the only allowable QR Code must be from Zipevent Application or Website: www.zipeventapp.com
- Ticket’s owner must be the one who check-in at the registration desk on the selected date
- Garena will open the hall entrance starting from 10.45am onward
- During the event period, if the check-in audience didn’t sit in the seat properly within 11.15am, the organizer will bring the walk-in audience to fill the remaining seats. Audiences must take care of their own seats during the match, if the seat is empty for too long, the organizer will remove all items and fill in the seat instead.
- Garena will reserved the seats for registered audiences with Wristband only, but it need to be under terms and conditions
- Audiences can enter and exit all the times, but it need to be under terms and conditions
- Please beware of scammers who intend to sell, book, transfer, or pretend to be Garena’s Staff. The official ticket must follow Company terms and conditions only.
- Ticket is not for sale, audiences don’t have rightful to sell or intend to use the ticket in commercial use without consent from Garena, if failed to comply, the action is considered as violation of law
- Ticket cannot be transfer, sell or exchange to other people
- Audiences under 20 years old need to get consent from lawful parents to attend the event and parents must agree with the terms and conditions of the event
Event Rules and Regulation
- Audiences must wear face masks all the time during joining the event
- Food and Drink is prohibited to bring inside the event area
- Weapons, Dangerous goods and Drugs are prohibited to bring in the event area
- Items that can create flame or smoke are prohibited such as; firework, fancy smoke or lighter etc.
- Cheering items that can make loud noises are prohibited such as; horn etc.
- Pets are not allowed to bring in the event area
- Smoking and E-Cigarette are not allowed in the event
* If the audiences failed to comply with the rules and regulations above, Garena won’t allow them to join the event and remove them from any event area. Please note that the Garena decision is considered final.*
- Garena Online (Thailand) Company Limited (“Garena”) will collect, use, process and/or disclose my personal data to its affiliates or third party service provider(s) for the purpose of arranging the Arena of Valor Premier League 2023 event and for the purpose of marketing and promotion for Garena’s products and/or services, which include but not limited to, taking still photo or recording video during the Event to publish on online media domestically or well as worldwide.
